Astronomers Found Three Undiscovered Moons Orbiting Planets In Our Solar System
Astronomers have found three previously unidentified moons encircling Uranus and Neptune, the farthest planets in our solar system. Among these, one moon orbits Uranus, marking the first discovery of its kind in over two decades, while the remaining two orbit Neptune. Scott S. Sheppard, an astronomer at the Carnegie Institution for Science, noted that these are the faintest moons ever spotted around these ice giants, necessitating specialized image processing techniques for their detection.
