AM: Monamit Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd specialises in comprehensive IT hardware solutions, services, and system integration for corporate clients. As an organisation, Monamit is dedicated to providing high-quality IT infrastructure products, which range from devices like laptops, desktops, and workstations to more complex system integration solutions.
We pride ourselves on offering customised solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring seamless and scalable IT support. Our offerings encompass IT infrastructure setup, hardware procurement, managed IT services and lifecycle support, helping businesses maintain efficiency, productivity and high uptime. Additionally, Monamit emphasises strong client relationships, prioritising quick response times, consistent support, and total customer satisfaction, which has led to long-term partnerships with several corporate clients across sectors.
TNJ: The company has been around for more than seven years now in the business. Can you briefly trace this journey?
AM: Over the past seven years, Monamit Technology Solutions has evolved from a focused IT hardware supplier to a comprehensive solutions provider for corporate clients. In our early years, we concentrated on supplying quality IT infrastructure products and hardware, which built the foundation for trusted client relationships. Our commitment to excellence allowed us to secure repeat orders and expand our offerings.
As we grew, we began incorporating more value-added services, like managed IT support and system integration. By listening closely to our clients’ needs, we shifted towards a more consultative approach, allowing us to offer end-to-end solutions and become a trusted partner in their digital transformation journeys.
One of the most recent milestones has been moving into our own office space, a testament to our growth and the strong reputation we’ve built in the industry. This journey reflects our team’s dedication, the trust of our clients and our ambition to continue evolving with the dynamic IT landscape.
TNJ: The company has made a niche in the Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) domain. Can you explain what it incorporates and the advantages this domain offers?
AM: DaaS is a model where Monamit Technology Solutions provides clients with IT devices—such as laptops, desktops and workstations—on a subscription basis rather than as a one-time purchase. This approach covers the entire device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, support, maintenance and eventual replacement or upgrade, all bundled into a predictable monthly fee.
The DaaS model offers multiple advantages for corporate clients, instead of a large upfront investment, clients benefit from predictable, operational expenses, freeing up capital for other business priorities. DaaS allows clients to quickly scale up or down without the complexities of device management. Monamit manages device updates, maintenance and support reducing the burden on in-house IT teams and ensuring devices remain secure and up-to-date. Clients can access the latest technology, boosting productivity and employee satisfaction by ensuring everyone has the best tools for their roles.

AM: Over the last decade, the technology sector in India has transformed immensely, positioning itself as a global hub for innovation and digital solutions. From rapid advancements in connectivity and digital infrastructure to the widespread adoption of new technologies, the industry has reshaped not only businesses but also everyday life in India. The government’s support through initiatives like “Digital India” and “Make in India” has further accelerated growth, enabling local and multinational companies to invest in technology, infrastructure, and skilled talent.
The next decade holds tremendous promise for India’s technology sector.
