Israel Rescues 4 Hostages in Operation; 200+ Killed, Say Gazan Officials

The Israeli military rescued four hostages—Noa Argamani, Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv—in a Nuseirat refugee camp operation that Gazan authorities say killed 236 and injured over 400. The hostages, kidnapped from the Nova music festival on October 7, are in good health and are at Sheba Medical Center. An Israeli counter-terrorism policeman was killed during the operation.

 

UK PM Sunak Apologizes for Missing D-Day Events to Campaign

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak apologized for leaving D-Day’s 80th anniversary early for a TV interview, disrupting his election campaign.
